Queer Craft Nights ~ July + August
Craft alongside fellow queer crafty folks on Fridays July 17th, 31st and August 14th and 28th at The Frederick Center! From 6-9pm, bring your own craft, socialize with friends, and enjoy community in an affirming space. We hope to see you there!
Sapphic Dance ~ August
Sapphic Summer will be on Saturday, August 15th from 5-9pm! Dance in a safe and affirming space with fellow women-loving-women! This edition of Sapphic Dance is 18+, so there will be no alcohol allowed. Feel free to grab a drink at a local bar and then join us! As aways, Sapphic Dance is donate-what-you-can. We'll see you there!
Free LGBTQ+ Legal Clinic
The Frederick Center hosts four free LGBTQ+ Legal Advice Clinics per year! Next up is our August clinic on Thursday the 13th at 5:30pm. You can receive free assistance about family law, estate planning, guardianship, name changes, landlord-tenant disputes, criminal law, adoption, and other civil legal matters, PLUS free notary services! Register and join us to receive legal assistance at the clinic.
PFLAG Ice Cream Social
PFLAG Ice Cream Social is on August 8th from 10:30-12:30pm at The Frederick Center. Join for FREE to enjoy ice cream and community with the PFLAG board and TFC's case manager, Keith!
Queeraoke with Black-Eyed Suzy
Join us to sing along to your favorite songs on Saturday, August 1st at 6pm at Queeraoke! This event will be hosted by our beloved Black-Eyed Suzy! Queeraoke is for everyone ages 21+, and donations at the event go to benefit TFC. We hope to see you there!
Movie Night ~ July
Join us for July Movie Night to watch a fan favorite, Muppet Treasure Island!! This event is free and open to all ages. We will have snacks, popcorn, and friends ready to laugh alongside you. We hope to see you there!
Pink Drinks ~ July
Welcome to Pink Drinks, Frederick’s premier, FREE, monthly LGBTQIA+ social networking event! Pink Drinks is an informal networking and gathering function offered monthly to the The Frederick Center (TFC) community. It is intended to provide an opportunity to bring together adults (ages 21+) of the Central Maryland area LGBTQIA+ community and allies to encourage friendship, conversation, and community involvement. Join us on July 24th from 6-8pm at a local home (location disclosed to registered participants).

Starting at 10:30am, stop by The Frederick Center for your passport which outlines the lovely stops along the way for drinks, dining, and shopping!
