Charlene Shapiro joins the Board of Directors as a Member and is a staunch advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, volunteering with the Center’s Legal Clinic and Pride Festival Planning Committee.
She has worked in the legal field for over 30 years, spending last 20-plus years working at preeminent boutique family law firms in Montgomery County. She is currently the Office Manager at Grover & Badalian in Rockville, Maryland.
Charlene is a Maryland native having lived in Frederick County since 2002. She enjoys hiking, crafting, and exploring downtown Frederick.
