Peer-to-peer support is the foundation by which The Frederick Center built its organization. We offer programs for all ages and backgrounds!

Frederick Pride!
The Frederick Center organizes the annual Frederick Pride celebration. Pride provides an environment for LGBTQ+ people, allies, and families to interact and celebrate LGBTQ+ pride. It serves as the means to coordinate the actions of our community for the coming year. Frederick Pride started in 2012 with an attendance of about 300, and it surpassed 30,000 in 2023. Frederick Pride 2025 will be held on Saturday, June 28th from 11:00am – 6:00pm!

Red and Wild Drag Bingo
RED AND WILD Drag Bingo is on Sunday, February 17th! Get ready to indulge in an exciting charity bingo event featuring the fabulous queens: Chasity Vain, Maranda Rights, and Tatiana Voche’, with DJing by Capital DJ Chase! Theme: Red & Wild When: February 16th, Sunday Where: Idiom Brewing Company Time: Doors open at 12:00 PM; Bingo starts at 1:30 PM This adults-only event requires a ticket purchase of $50 per person. Please note that all proceeds will benefit The Frederick Center, making your participation even more meaningful as we support a great cause. With a whopping $2,800 in cash prizes up for grabs, along with 50/50 raffles, door prizes, and 13 exciting jar games, this is an event you won't want to miss! Queer Craft Nights ~ February Gathering
Now announcing: our next Queer Craft Nights! We are so excited to continue the crafting energy that was brought to TFC this past month. Join us on Fridays 14th and 28th! On the 14th, it'll be BYOC (Bring Your Own Craft), and on the 28th, BYOC OR help us build a community quilt to display at TFC. Queer quilters, now's your time to shine!
Frederick Pride Planning Meeting 2025
Want to help make Frederick Pride 2025 one for the books? Feeling disheartened and need a way to channel your energy? Want to make new friends? Are you an ally who wants to give back to the LGBTQ+ community? JOIN THE FREDERICK PRIDE PLANNING COMMITTEE! The Frederick Pride Planning Committee are the masterminds behind the incredible event of Frederick Pride, which is in its 13th year. This year, you can participate in planning Frederick's first pride parade, help determine talent hired to perform, work on activities for the childrens' area, and more!
