Peer-to-peer support is the foundation by which The Frederick Center built its organization. We offer programs for all ages and backgrounds!
Beginning at age nine, we offer programming that offers both formal and informal gatherings for LGBTQ+ youth, adults, and non-LGBTQ+ caregivers. Click below and find our available groups and meeting times.

Frederick Pride!
The Frederick Center organizes the annual Frederick Pride celebration. Pride provides an environment for LGBTQ+ people, allies, and families to interact and celebrate LGBTQ+ pride. It serves as the means to coordinate the actions of our community for the coming year. Frederick Pride started in 2012 with an attendance of about 300, and it surpassed 30,000 in 2023. Frederick Pride 2025 will be held on Saturday, June 28th from 11:00am – 6:00pm!

BIPOC Creatives Fair
Celebrate and support queer BIPOC business owners and artistry at The Frederick Center! On February 28th from 12:00-5:00pm, we will host an open mic and craft exhibition with queer BIPOC folks. We hope to see you there!
LGBTQ+ Legal Advice Clinics
The Frederick Center hosts four free LGBTQ+ Legal Advice Clinics per year! Register and join us to receive legal assistance at the clinic.
Queer Sexual Health Fair
Community members ages 18+ are welcome to join us at The Frederick Center for a Queer Sexual Health Fair! With vendors, educators, and representatives from community health organizations, visit the Center for an inclusive and positive experience full of learning and opportunities for engagement.
